on our homepage https://faculti.net we have built a welcome bar when you make a selection, this reorientates the homepage so as to present relevant content when it does this the rows change the aim of this is that everytime a user comes back to the homepage it presents the content it wants however: currently when the user comes back, the welcome bar is still presented then it disappears as it recognizes the user, then the homepage is reorientated - we need for that not to be the case lol! and for it to be instant, also maybe for this welcome bar to be more a slidein from left for new users take a look please, need an hour turnaround, via anydesk
